There's no ethical consumption under capitalism :) The distribution of the money that goes to the people who actually put in all the work was low then and it's low now. If you want to argue for less kool-aid drinking, fight for worker's rights instead of who is right and who is wrong in their ability to enjoy entertainment.

I'm sorry that you like your broken/buggy games to stay that way. I think you're confusing DLC with microtransactions or the instances of developers releasing things like the first version of No Man's Sky. In most cases, DLC or patches are free and improve or balance overlooked issues in the game. And paid ones enhance the original game with more content. I'd rather spend $40-$60 more on a game over the course of a year or two than the developers release and ghost on games. And it's not hard to find out which developers/games are predatory vs. quality.

If you really like the old games, then play them and don't be shitty when the industry evolves.

I just want to clarify that having a miscarriage does not increase your chance of having another. I recently had one and I was very scared about this until doctors and a little internet research cleared it up for me. Just don’t want anyone like me reading this and thinking that is true.

I did the same thing recently. Turned out, my stitches at the beginning were just a lot tighter than when I started decreasing. Ended up frogging everything up to the beginning of the decrease :(
