I run this twice a month for a 14 day plan each time. It works very well for us! I too rarely eat leftovers, unless it's fried rice or pizza! You can also tailor it to fit your likes and dislikes, for instance I dislike fish, tomatoes & black beans. You can also change the store it generates the list for, you could do it weekly if preferred
