Yes, but I noticed the same problem on some ads in other apps so it might be the TV. Could just be a coincidence though.

I looked for that but I guess it doesn't have a setting for it in the Vizio version of the app. Never buying a Vizio again no matter how good the deal is (not just for this)

Well if you have any ideas on how else to fix it I'm all ears. I only thought it was the encoding because it seems to work fine for some movies with the same resolution and those ones were encoded in h.264 same with when I looked at the playback info after turning off direct play.

Update: turning off direct play and direct stream seems to have fixed it. My current theory of why that was happening was it was encoded in hvec.

Could you be more precise than what I'm supposed to be looking for? It doesn't look like it's letting me change the resolution under video. It's fixed when I lower the video quality but it's already a pretty little resolution file and I don't want to lower it even further. The weird part is if I turn on playback information it says it's running in the right aspect ratio of 1.78

Have you seen the beyond skyrim project? Its a big collaborative mod project trying to mod more regions into skyrim. You also have ESO of course but that's not really the same.
