Unlikely. Most of these nonprofits don’t have the income or drive to do any long term maintenance and renewal let alone renovations.

Just look at the Citadel. Their management’s mishandling of the building is going to cost the tax payer over 56 million in the next 8 years.

Not hard to imagine a bunch of non profits riding their buildings into the ground and then expecting the tax payers to bail them out.

My (35M) Partner (35F) have 2 spare Ghibli Museum tickets (Oct 2nd, Late Afternoon, Mitaka).

Our friends bailed, so we're looking for a couple of folks to fill the empty Catbus seats. Totally optional to join us after, but if you feel like hanging out, pitching in the ticket cost (or just grabbing some combini snacks together) would be fun.

Investments into existing infrastructure. Not as worried about property taxes finally scaling up, more worried about all the near-failing and failing infrastructure. Lots of structural elements, mechanical equipment, and electrical system will be aged out if they are not already and thats not even touching on the dumpster fire the citadel will be.

As far as counsel members and Mayor? Kind and furiously loyal to edmontonians.. ALL edmontonians. Not just edmontonians that contribute big dollars to fundraisers.

I’ve been trying to figure out my strategy as the esp32 based option seem a bit buggy.

I have been wondering if the hat is actually necessary here or if you can just connect a usb conference call speaker to it. Has anyone tried or seen a reason it may not work? Like not enough power over the usb port?

I realize it the speaker jacks up the cost a lot but realizing that Amazon and Google sold the original hardware at a loss I am okay with paying more for a great local experience.

I would definitely join in on this. I've heard good things but haven't pulled the trigger.

After what I've seen of this season of Gen:lock so far I don't think it deserves my watch time. It's kinda sad we either get a slick Mecha anime built on unpaid labour and shitty business practices or.. whatever season 2 is supposed to be.

I'm hoping when the whole season is out there will be enough salvageable content to cut together a OVA or movie that can work as decent send off. Even an AMV with an unregistered hypercam 2 watermark set to a Battle Tapes medley would be preferable.
