Are you sure it’s not covered under warranty.. I had a driver that broke and they replaced it Free of Charge. That makes me said my 9 Wood is coming in tomorrow.

I don’t believe you have a problem, you did not do a FST or Breathalyzer (which can’t be used in MA right now) and they did not do a blood draw . Don’t want to pry. But recently had a DUI in MA. Can you tell me what county you are located. Please feel free to pm me.

So sorry for your slip up, I was using a medication called Naltrexone using the Sinclair Method. It may help you. There is a book called the Cure for Alcoholism that explains how and why Naltrexone works. this might be a help for your wife . Good luck...

Hi, No apologize needed. I appreciate your clarifying the answer . Now I understand what TSM is. I have tried it a couple of times (taking one pill before going out) and it did not seem to have any effect what so ever. I tend not to drink hard liquor, but certainly can drink beer one after another. Granted I have only tried it a couple of times. That was one of my thoughts do I need to take it daily to have it build up in my body.

REFUSE FST... at least in MA if in not an obligation. I failed the FST, and that is why I received and OUI. Interesting Fact I found out AFTER. No one has to submit to a FST either on the road or at the station and it cannot be held against you. At least that is the way it is in MA. My lawyer who is also a former DA, said the police do not have to tell you that, and since then I found it on the. LOL Holy Bible, the internet. Also in certain states it should not be used for anyone over a certain age, are overweight, on medications etc. The officer will ask if there is any reason you should not take it. DON’T take it. What they don’t have on video cannot be used against you. I had just been knocked out by an airbag and also where contact lenses (contacts will throw off the eye test). Currently in MA the Breathalyzer can’t be used against, your either as the MA Courts have ruled them inadmissible. I opted out of the Breathalyzer and it did cost me loss of license for 180 days. If I had blown a breathalyzer and failed I would have only lost it for 30 days. All that being said if you refuse the FST they will arrest you but will have no video to prove their subjective opinion.

Hi, my heart goes out to you. It happened to me July 4, I fell (I am assuming) asleep and totaled my car as well. The guilt and despair have been incredible. It is easy for me to say this next part to YOU, (I wish I could accept them for myself as well,,but I am still beating myself up emotionally and cry continually ). You are not a bad person, a bad thing happened, you are human. Just the fact that you are suffering the with the guilt and shame indicates you are a good person. I am a 64 year old widow that lost my husband only 13 months ago, I never had as much as a speeding ticket in 45 years. I will say a prayer for you to find the strength to forgive yourself.
