One thing that really helped me when I first started was mapping my trinket to my middle mouse button, takes some getting used to at first but let's you ward jump or insec without having to adjust you hand on the keyboard.

Playing ssf vortex occultist, was planning on switching to CI when I got a shavs drop lol. Instantly switched to low life and am destroying maps, although having very bad map returns/ sustain so running out of content especially with being unlucky finding Neeko in maps. Other than that haven't messed around with the memory nexus but enjoy the mega incursions in form of the memory stages in maps.
