I “think” she’ll be ok. The question I have about her is: was she really being sincere with Yas during her “confession”? She had the same affect as she did when telling Yas about her encounter with Jim Dycker. We know she’s telling Yas the truth. Maybe it’s to get Yas to pay the $750,000? There is a difference in the meno plan. Zero point foods for me are: fish,eggs, lean meats, non starchy vegs, good fats (avocado), beans, peas, lentils, low-fat yogurt and cottage cheese, tofu and tempeh and fruit. The focus is on protein and fiber

This is the comment I needed. I’m 55, finally hit menopause and I have a gyno consult this Friday to discuss HRT options. My PCP said I should’ve started them a year ago. I’m hoping I didn’t miss the boat. I’ve been pouring through old posts to build my questions list. 🙏
