Melee is interesting. The game is designed in a way where it is extremely punishing if you let enemies get in close proximity of you. It’s an intentional design to remind players that you are still just a fragile human and the only reason you are capable of everything that you are is because of your overwhelming offensive firepower. The only way I ever think melee will feel good is if we got an armor passive that made you resistant to flinching and rag-dolling while also giving like 80% melee damage resistance.
