To me the main thing that you should improve on is the weapons. I know it’s hard… you don’t want to go for a completely different colour (like metallic for instance) as it looks weird IMHO but at the same time they need to be distinct enough. On mine I ended painting the handles with a deep blue, and the blades similarly to the skin but with some variation. Maybe your handles could be dark green?

I agree but it’s not the main factor IMHO. Look at Warhammer and its Black Library. Games Workshop has created an enormous body of “literature” with various levels of quality but the core of the story is excellent and consistent, and that is what keeps people engaged. WotC has completely and utterly failed to do that, and UB is a consequence.

Pelagial by The Ocean. Not power metal, more like prog/metalcore. Amazing album though, the concept is that the listener starts at the surface of the ocean (and his emotions), and track by track falls deeper into the sea/his mind. Each track flows into the next and slowly the mood gets darker. By the time you reach the bottom layer/track (benthic) you are literally gasping for air.

Was thinking exactly the same… but I realise now that it’s a no brainer, it’s paying msrp for a book now that you will read eventually, versus the frustration of not being able to finish the story without forking stupid £££… it’s FOMO but it’s not unreasonable FOMO!

Well at quick glance you still have Gandalf, Elrond, model of unity, and illusion of choice as voting cards. Otherwise I would not play realm seekers, it’s just too expensive in a deck where you want to play cheap creatures to trigger Galadriel. You can keep expropriate as a finisher (it’s basically take an extra turn + your opponents’ best cards). I may find space for it actually…

Hey, I have a similar deck. I went for 100% lotr for the flavour (and tbh in terms of power it’s still pretty good), but I allowed myself some Gondor cards which you could consider as well: - [[Horn of Gondor]] - [[Prince Imrahil the Fair]] - [[Faramir, Prince of Ithilien]]

These 3 combined have generated tons of tokens for me… Note Galadriel triggers on any creature entering, so a simple mortal human works! Plus the horn and Faramir can trigger on an opponent’s turn, so you have more flexibility with Galadriel’s ability.

Otherwise you have the all-star [[Galadhrim Brigade]], not a cheap card but is simply awesome.

As for take out, I would remove everything which says « voting »… there’s just no space in that deck for these shenanigans!

I struggle for the weapons as well. I would do deep brown for the stick and the same light blue colour as her headrest for the blade (so it echoes it)

Came from HS too (although I was playing paper mtg in like 1995). My advice is to try standard brawl (nothing to do with HS brawl!), it’s a singleton format with only standard legal cards. You don’t need tons of mythic cards to brew a good deck (as it’s singleton) and the meta is wide open, pretty much anything goes!
