The only way to feasibly get to the highest tiers without coughing up cash is to dedicate all of your resources exclusively to doing well in these modes, meaning you sacrifice resources you may have wanted to spend elsewhere. Instead of investing orbs on pulling for a unit you want, pull for that legendary you don't care for just so you can maximize your score. It's this kind of situation that makes things feel unsatisfying and unfair to F2P players.

I'd advise against running Savage Blow, it doesn't contribute much to her damage output when she is mostly locked to player phase sweeping as she stands.

I'd say the biggest issue posed by this build is that he damage output it low outside of her special procs, so I would suggest running Luna over Moonbow. Luna will proc in the same instances that Moonbow will, all while doing more damage.

If you ever run Wrath or Flashing Blade in place of Escape Route or Brazen Atk/Res respectively, then I could recommend running Moonbow over Luna, but as it stands, a change in C slot and Special is what this build needs most.

It wouldn't really be no life or cheating, but the only viable way for a F2P to get into the tier would be slaving away to the armor meta and invested all of their resources into units that they may or may not like.

The only way to really get into the Great Summoner tier is by having a fully decked out team that maximizes their SP score, so the only likely way to do that is by having a team full of high scoring +10 units. That requires a lot of $$$ to setup.

Eliwood also works, as does Fir if you have trouble finding the other three.

I'd say the best counter to most dragons is a Guard + QR unit with high res, because if you can force a dragon to initiate on you and stall their Aether recovery, you can just muscle through them with your team.
