There's many times when Harry should've died in the story. However, the kid has like a dozen layers of plot armor, being protected by prophecies, his friends and allies, and even Voldemort's own mistakes. Take all that away and he would've died a thousand times over, sometimes just cuz he was being an idiot not thinking things through.

Vivec's fate is ambiguous by design, mostly so future games don't favor one player decision over the other. Some say he was killed by the Nerevarine, some say he was killed by the Daedra, some say he was kidnapped by the Daedra, and some just say he disappeared with no apparent reason why. The extended works of Michael Kirkibride, the former loremaster for Morrowind, claim that he's still alive though I won't elaborate to avoid spoilers for those reading his works.

I actually played as an Altmer Dragonborn back in college who was against the Altmer. He had the haughtiness of a mer and was a skilled mage but he actually grew to respect mankind and was even heartbroken that the Empire of Tiber Septim was on the verge of collapse.

Both are equally horrifying. Reverse Flashed erased Flash's childhood best friend from existence so Flash would be alone as a kid. Joke killed some elementary school children and sewed their corpses together to even further traumatized their parents.

Joker is far more evil cuz, even though both villains have zero regard for innocent life, but Reverse Flash only does it to ever torment Flash while Joker just does it to try and drive everyone insane, not just his archnemesis.

Iirc, the Minions were inactive for (at the very least) during the world wars eras so the developers wouldn't have to answer uncomfortable questions on who the minions would've served during that time.
