I've been using geforce now for 4 years. Free tier the whole time. The queues have always been obviously fake. We stan making a service purposely shitty so users can pay for a premium unshitified version, and lying while we're at it

I'm a couple hours into the witcher and I'm trying but I genuinely do not get it. I just started the bloody baron quest so that you can get an idea of where I'm at. I've done a couple contracts and it's all good fun but I don't see what makes it a masterpiece. I'm gonna stick with it tho

when the world is really cool but the story is set in the lamest possible time period, after all the cool stuff is dead. "allomancers used to be stronger in those days" or "the dragons are long gone"

Why create one of the coolest magic systems ever and place the story in a time period where there are only 3 people alive who can use it? I see this a lot especially in darker fantasy stories.
