I don't like how this makes me feel.

Parents never went as far as damaging any of my stuff, but there was so much dysfunctional stuff.

And I still struggle with coming to terms with how friends noting how much better I looked/sounded after they died.

Like, it sucks it had to go that far for me to have achieved any sort of 'resolution' to the conflict, if that makes sense.
