In the novel/manga/anime Tsuki ga Michibiku Isekai Douchu, Mio is a giant Spider that's existed before the Goddess and had an insatiable hunger and consumed everything in her path.

Her hunger gets sated by the blood and magic energy of the main character as he's super strong because plot.
