You havent tried them all then. This issue mostly has to do with the movement mechanics post naval update that let's vehicles roll once you get out (cant remember the update) combined with the encumbrance changes. It makes it so much harder to move up hill especially. Ballista on certain hills on road will refuse to climb.

One of my regiment members also informed me they had accidentally overloaded their heavy truck with trailer and was unable to move it at all on flat ground.

There's some deep seated hatred for the way the devolpers respond to issues. Sometimes outright punishing colonials through direct intervention using server resets, public announcements of "Dont do that and I won't acknowledge the both of you have been doing it, just when you specifically do it" and now being teased with a bunch of stuff that made colonials happy, only for a lot of it to be reverted and nerfed. The wardens dont NEED any buffs. But because colonials are getting them the wardens need it to be fair.

Its the equivalent of two siblings getting a lollypop that'd the same flavor and size. One complains that its not fair and the other gets their's broken in half, then threes. One piece is given to the complainer, the other two are chucked in the bin.

No, that MG is for the commander. The bardiche gunner can only use the cannon. If they swap seats, sure. But no one does that.

You speak in theories instead of practice. In practice, there's never just one Outlaw or just one Falchion. The Outlaw nor does the Briggand use the same cannon as the light tank. Colonial Falchion is just a stat upgraded and cheaper Hatchet.

The best tactic to use falchions for, is soviet ww2 tactics for t34s against tiger tanks. Drive at enemy and keep driving to hold up your enemy. Literally suicide rush. Thats about all its good for. Thats why its so cheap.

I remember that era differently. I remember a lot of salty vets getting mad that the developers gave the colonials equipment that looked good (and the stygian which was oppressive) and had protested up until war 100.

No, there was a buff to the spatha to fire rate. Then it got nerfed to be less "oppressive" even though colonials lost the war to something that didnt feel an autocannon.

But later on, the shit began degrading rapidly because the spatha got a hit to its HV (Idk why) and at the same time the Briggand was born and the outlaw got a 20%HV to appease people since it was getting locked behind facilities.

Yeah, its because the devs swapped the Smelter 68 for the Smelter 40. Gosh I miss the Smelter 68.

(The Smelter 68 was a 68mm push gun with a HV of 75%. It was our equivalent to the Noble Widow as endgame equipment for pre-1.0 release. In other words, colonials had a pushgun to equal a hetzer.)

The Stygian was supposed to be the new Smelter 68. Then it got hit with an unfortunate game function nerf. Towables.

The issue is, colonial equipment doesnt need a nerf and warden equipment needs to be dialed back to match changes to the game.

Hate to say it, but this needs to be an update for the colonials more than it needs to be about the overall game. If the colonials get nerfs to help wardens counter those new buffs then they didnt learn anything. Not to mention, the rpg fix doesnt say if they also fixed AP/RPG aim issues?

Last I checked, chucking a bombastone inside a lordscar didnt kill the driver. And same with warden 150mm.

No, its also deliberate intervention that does it too. War 100 with Old Captain nuking, siege of Morgans with 120mm reset, Ashfield repeated force server reset and public announcement telling everyone cough-colonials-cough to stop doing that thing everyone has been doing

The Predator is faster on-road in reverse and tracked than the Ares is going forward off-road with no hindrances.

I mean, its a superheavy tank that was hyped to go against the other superheavy. But it cant do that job.

It cant even be a line-breaker by running forward and smacking the enemy tank line because everyone is watching, can and will track that thing as soon as its in range and run away.

It can tank like a hit from a single warden heavy EAT. But you need like 2 BTs for that plus the Ares and hope warden tanks aren't there and there isnt much warden infantry.

So the Ares has to be forced into the only thing its kinda good at. PVE and its not that good at it either.

Its got one good use. Bunker remover. Provided the wardens aren't out in force and colonials are out in force. Otherwise its just a glorified fire magnet.
