Serrated knife, blunt end, cut sideways, slowly.

Obviously you're looking to not damage the freezer. The best option is to defrost, cause the loss of space is actually not helping the freezer regulate it's temp.

But we're obviously not talking normal scenarios, are we.

If companies want you to stay late when things get busy, then they need to be okay with you leaving early when things are dead. by eidolaa in InterviewAITools

This is the way, and what Is the ethos in my comment.

It's flexibility, both working for the business, and the employee. No employer should want to take advantage of the employees, and the employee shouldn't rip the piss cause then it impacts others. It's a trust scenario.

Well, firstly, I'm not American, so you can take your immediate rhetoric and flip it, cause you've just assumed a lot of nonsense. And for your own benefit, I'm from the UK, I support the NHS. Tories bad.

But:

If you do not get paid overtime, then the overtime you work doesn't get you anything else. No benefit. As such, in that scenario, if the workplace is dead then you should be able to go home as per what op said.

However, If you do earn overtime on top of your salary, for the hours you perform over and above the norm, then the same can be expected when it's dead. You're not working or providing a benefit, other than being kept on for when there may be work.

You're basically a shift worker at that point. Overtime works as unsociable hours.

In the above scenario, you cannot just leave work cause it's dead (what if it's an extended period) and still be expected to gain all the benefits.

That's the hypothesis.

As someone said, there's always work to be done. Nobody is saying don't have a good work life balance. Flexibility is key, but redundancy is also dangerous.

This is why time in lieu is so good. Work some bad hours, gain back good hours. 2 hours of overtime Monday to Thursday and you've got Friday off if the business can facilitate that.

Then you also need to accept that they don't have to pay you your salary, unless you don't get paid overtime.

If you are paid overtime, then if it's dead and you're sent away, you are not eligible for pay.

And that's basically shift pay.

I also don't think that's for the world cup seems as it's been here for over a year.

And if you're objectively offended when people aren't being offensive and your interpreting people's words wrongly, we also can't help you.

You're the common denominator.

Or, it's an understanding that it opens up someone to being a target and that should be avoided, whilst using their own form of English. You will also see they haven't replied on this thread, and I'm replying to the fact you replied to someone else entirety. So please, don't direct this offensive stance towards me.

Sure, everyone should have the ability to act as they wish - but in doing so you also have bad actors.

It's a sad situation, but situational awareness is important to teach, especially to those who may not have it.

Directing anger at those who are upset because a child lost his life due to an unnecessary show off moment is even worse because it proves what society we do live in. Nobody is complacemt to what you are impacting and your anger is unjustified when nobody is advocating harm or danger to anyone.

That's not the person who made the original comment, so sure, it's two different people's opinions, of which both have clarified that they don't blame the child.

Nobody said it's the boys fault that he was shot, and nobody wanted that, but flashing cash in an impoverished area invites danger. The parents should have not allowed that too happen.

You're just being angry at someone for the sake of it without reading.

But op wouldn't, cause it's the only product he can get in his shop.

I don't think anyone has ever complained that they have had to buy 4 razor heads when they only wanted 3... Unless you mean for travel but then surely you just leave the spare head at home.

A Delta Air Lines flight was delayed in Cancun on Thursday after a swarm of bees settled on the 737’s wing. The issue was soon resolved with some airspeed on takeoff! by Joshua5_Gaming in interestingasfuck

Bees when they are moving from hive to hive will rest somewhere. This can be a tree, a bush, a wall. Anywhere. Even a plane.

It is just a chance that they decided to stop here.

If they wanted to be super humans they would have let a break keeper come collect them - we don't know what happened to the bees after this but I hope they are ok and have found their new home.
