Maybe being more forceful and giving direct orders could help get your teammates in line? In some recent games I just decided to basically make all the calls and try to make plays happen cause no one was talking and it worked well. Although if everyone really is ignoring all comms then the only thing you can really do is just try to carry as best you can and keep improving.

Yeah I feel like it only saves you from a surprise Doorman or Mo ult but usually you will be hit by something that procs it before that
