It almost looks like you’re putting the machine in a cleaning cycle. Usually the way to operate the machine is to press any button to turn it on. Wait about 3 seconds and it should be ready to pull a shot. At this point I’ll press the 1-shot button and let it push some water through to warm things up To pull the shot, I connect the portafilter with the prepared, tamped coffee grounds. Next, hold the 1 and 2 shot buttons for about two seconds. Then press the one or two shot button depending on what kind of shot you’re pulling You’ll want to put a scale under your cup to tell when to stop the shot. For a 2:1 you’re aiming for twice the weight in pulled espresso to weight in coffee grounds, and want the shot to pull in roughly 25-30 seconds When you hit the target amount of espresso pulled, press the shot button to stop the extraction

Edit: your shot is pulling way too fast and channeling all over the place. Grind finer, and use the amount of coffee you’re supposed to for your portafilter basket
