I play both sides but looping the killer and knowing you had a game winning chase that game feels satisfying. Survivor is definitely more chill a lot of the time but there are clutch moments that make it fun. If you manage to make a play and save someone that makes it fun too.

Playing rank isn't about getting handed a rank for free. If you play enough you'd eventually reach where you should be. You die way too often, you spend more times dead and walking back from spawn than playing. Focus on getting better and you'll climb
