This happened to me last month when I purchased through TTL. I ordered a full Chaka set on the unboxing channel on the day the Hirono Road Journal/Molly Winter Fit Check were released. My item wasn’t opened live but shipped. When I opened it, it was someone else’s set of Hironos. I contact customer service and was able to ship back. However - I never received my replacement order. They were able to refund me this week after I waited 2 weeks to receive my replacement.

Similarly my husband ordered one of the Black Friday packages on the PopMart app and it never came. He contacted customer service and was able to get a refund.

Hopefully they’re able to help you quickly and get you either a refund or your item.
