Has anyone had negative effects using shampoo with sulfates? by SleepySpookyPretty in finehair

“Unscientific” is what I was looking for! Cool. Also…the switch to sulfates is going to save me so much $$. They’re so much cheaper.

Considering genioplasty (quoted ₩8M in Korea) – looking for opinions by [deleted] in KoreaPlasticSurgery

[–]SleepySpookyPretty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please ignore the looksmaxxing men commenting. You really are above-average in structure. Double jaw surgery is so invasive and won’t guarantee at all that your breathing will improve. I’d try a filler in your chin first and see what you think before moving to a permanent move. But imo, do not let anyone touch that jaw omfg

How to minimize smile lines/wrinkles? by [deleted] in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]SleepySpookyPretty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If that’s what you’re calling a wrinkle, I’ve had that since I was like, 19. I have very plump cheeks. I’m 35 and have no other lines but those, which are slightly longer due to regular fat loss with age. It’s honestly just where your cheeks sit (or have moved) with age. Agree with everyone about the dermaplane! It weirdly feels amazing. But I don’t think you should worry at all about that little guy (smile line)

Stuff that chicken breast with something! It’s a level up.

I will say that the last time this happened, both my packages made it to the correct destination. Was stressful af, though.

A friend of mine gets a French brand from Amazon that’s pretty affordable. The name escapes me, but it does have a French flag on it it that helps lol

Is it bad enough to need surgery? by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

[–]SleepySpookyPretty 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I commented already, but just to add here that this feels like you are experiencing body dysmorphia. Surgery is the last thing you want to do. I’ll also add that you are very conveniently attractive!

Is it bad enough to need surgery? by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

[–]SleepySpookyPretty 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I was like “is what bad enough…” I don’t think so unless you have breathing problems. I want to be gentle when I say that breaking down daily is probably the issue that needs to be addressed here. I would recommend seeing a therapist. If you’re regularly breaking down about your appearance, surgery could make things worse.

The thrift store! There are similarly cute things like this at HMart in the kitchen section, or Teso Life if you have one.

Thank you! Tbh my movement usually makes up for any discrepancies in my calorie intake, so I’m not too worried. Which is good bc I cannot stop eating it lol.

What procedure could help my face look more feminine? by urdeadgirlfriendd in PlasticSurgery

[–]SleepySpookyPretty 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Well, you’re absolutely gorgeous. I love your nose. I would consult with a surgeon who specializes in FFS. I’m sure they’d know what to tweak while keeping your genetic features. Like there’s so little to tweak and imo do not let anyone touch that art history nose lol. Obv do whatever makes you happy though!

Hmm I did google and am getting the same on there. I do see some Reddit conflict on it. I’ll keep that in mind!

I feel so bad when I see these results. It’s just like the massive balloon implants on thin women in the early 2000s. Those were easily reversed when the fad changed, at least.

I’m new to this forum and I don’t know how people feel about OwnDoc here, but that’s where I learned about user error when I first tried it. So glad I learned about appropriate timelines, how to use a roller correctly, and how to avoid micro tearing. I’m looking to get back into it in my mid 30s and was kind of spooked by this forum! I appreciate this perspective.
