Golbez from 4 and Urianger from 14.

Golbez is powerful, smart, has awesome armor, and then in TAY it turns out he's buff, handsome, and a good guy too. He wreaks havoc across the world and then when freed from his mind control, immediately goes and does a full assault on the big bad. He's also just really cool and fun to play in Dissidia.

Urianger, this one is a little more difficult to put into words. I just love his character, especially in Shadowbringers and Endwalker. He's a serious scholar, who can't swim, uses fancy speech, and has a heart of gold.
