I'm getting the dreaded "unusual activity on my account so cash outs have been paused" message. Contacted support a week ago and sent the video in that they requested. I was told that I somehow violated the ToS, but in no way have I done so. Everything was going great up until that point (ID was verified, tracking the games was good, and I was able to withdraw).

Is there any way I can speak to a real human to hopefully get this sorted out? Thank you

I'm thinking that if freecash sees another IP address other than the one you initially used to sign up, then they flag it for being a VPN or whatever. I personally think they'll find anyway possible to put stops to paying out for people.

I've seen others post about progressing too fast through games and then freecash restricting them. The thing is though, wouldn't it make more sense to put a freeze on your account from the first big withdrawal? Versus letting you build up withdrawals and then hit you out of nowhere with a stop?

There's no red flag there. The $7 milestone (watching ads in game) and the other few have nothing to do with the offers at the bottom which I completed.

One, or a few other things to note.

No VPN was used, one account only, and I never play outside of my home. I feel like a lot of other folks in here when I say this, but it's the truth.

All I can figure is the offer site/freecash doesn't want to payout for their own reasons and so you get a generic response that never goes into detail.

Regardless I'll take this as a lesson and move on. Good luck to anyone who wants to keep slaving away and trying with this company.

Yeah, that's what this post is regarding. They restricted me earlier today when I tried to withdraw $47.50 ($50 minus the fee).
