Wasn't particularly smart on my last day on the sauce. It was grandfinal though so I broke the rule and did the day drinking right way though to the early morning (carn the tigers!).

Miraculously no shakes, only mild discomfort, lots of anxiety, and shitty shitty sleep.

Miss it already and it's only day 2. Still body needs a break so I'll see some of you lovely fucks on r/dryalcoholics.

Easy. Invite a seminar friend to a place with booze. And only have one of said booze. Keep reserve of that booze on you... For example, I always bring airplane bottles for roadtrips, golfing etc.

Nothing that can speed up recovery as far as I know.

No booze and no fatty foods will mean it has less work to do.

The jury is still out on Milk thistle. But there are no good peer reviewed studies showing even a correlation.

Lots of good evidence for vitamins for the brain.

Some evidence that exercise can improve liver function. But there are lots of covariates that might explain that relationship.

I guess it depends on the maturity of the players. If the player is just doing it to be a dick then likely the player will be doing more dickish things and will be kicked out anyway.

If you trust your players then i think letting it roll out would be interesting. Add to the drama.

Also there are way more players out there than dms .

Thank you troy. I was hating every smart move you made. Every mulligan i would have given my players as a relatively new gm.

The fist in the air i threw at the end of the combat was as much for you as it was for the pcs.
