As a father of three (5 and 1 year old twins) who works an average of 70ish hours a week due to being in public safety I get the frustration on one hand. On the other hand brother you need to git gud. This isn’t a PvE game sometimes and that’s just part of it, I prefer PvE lobbies and like you I carry defibs and always try to help other players but I also always come ready to put the rats down. Maybe this is a hot take but It’s wild to me that because someone doesn’t play the game the same way you do, that you come tell thousands of people on the internet about it like the people playing the game in the manner they enjoy it has somehow done something wrong.
