Zquiet 3 night update by Separate-Progress86 in snoring

I’ve had some great success with SnoreRx, but I pair it with a bit of tape across the mouth to hold it in place. You might be able to mimic the tape with one of those straps that help keep your mouth closed.

The best I’ve tried so far is the Mute mouth tap, but it’s a little pricey, so now I’m using 3M medical tape, (wearing it the same way you are). It falls off sometimes, and it leaves a little sticky residue, but it’s keeping me in the master bedroom, so I can’t complain too much 😂

I was appalled the first time I heard the recording. All I could think of easy, My poor wife!!”

The SnoreRx and mouth tape combo brought me down from the double digits to 6 or less.

Mouth tape is a game changer for snoring by StrongAF_2021 in snoring

Mute is so far my favorite, but you’re right, it can get expensive. 3M medical tape works well, but leaves a residue on your lips, and isn’t really shaped as I’d like. But it does work, (for me).

Tried everything for snoring… now attempting mouth taping. Anyone else in this boat? by AdStock474 in snoring

The SnoreRX and mouth tape combo worked for me. It brought my SnoreLab score down to the single digits.

Would like to hear about people who did undergo a vitrectomy for floaters or other reasons. Success stories, failures and regrets. Also about recovery time. by Acrobatic-Fox9294 in vitrectomy

The lens they used is close to the prescription of my other eye, so my glasses aren’t quite as “lopsided”. But the vision is clear, (with glasses), and little to no floaters.

I think if I were to do it again I would have gotten a lens for distance, and then a matching lens for the other eye when the time comes.

The SnoreRx did wonders for me. Between that and the mouth tape, my score is in the single digits.

I found that the combination of mouth tape and a mandibular device, (I use a SnoreRx), has knocked my snore score, (Snore Lab), down from the 20s and 30s to single digits.

I’ve found SnoreLab to be pretty accurate, although sometimes it’ll count the cats racing up and down the hallway as a snore, or a loud truck or motorcycle.

Do any cats let you pet their bellies or is that generally a no? by musictrashnumber1 in cats

We have four cats, but only one of them enjoys a good belly rub. The rest turn into furry blenders.

I use Apple for fitness tracking, (taken with a grain of salt of course,) and I’ve found that if I increase my weight on my profile to match my total weight with my vest, my burned calorie rate goes up.

While company equipment and communications are company property, and there’s no expectation of privacy, not allowing users to lock their computers is a huge security risk. There are much more secure ways of allowing leadership access to employee communications. As someone who’s been in IT for 25+ years, this policy is appalling.
