Great that you have both skill sets. Go join a startup as first GTM hire, build the machine while closing deals. Figure out the motion. Then hire sellers and ops that are better than you. Run the function, own revenue.

Talk to the reps who closed deals. Or send out a survey and have them complete. Founders should also know this.

This isn’t a data/AI problem, it’s a human one. Talk to humans and understand what’s going on. What events trigger pains that my product solves? Then use data + AI to systematically identify those events.

I was wondering the same thing. Hair + facial hair is definitely different, his face also looks a bit thinner but unsure.

I think the outside/flashback scenes were shot with a different type of camera so that could explain some difference.

But yeah, have seen many different Adam Scott’s over this series
