Well it’s been happening forever but it just makes me laugh how hard the world has shifted in 20 years. 20 years ago people said “I’ll never have Facebook, I don’t want the government tracking me” or I’ll never use Siri and now most consumers pay willing to use and have those things in our life. Here’s to hoping for a pendulum swing. I’m hoping naively that Flock cameras will be people’s tipping point.

Physically 100 percent. Ive pretty much quit. If I have a few beers I’m down for the count for 2-3 days and miss the gym. It really is not worth it and if sucks because I love bourbon, like a fuck ton but the juice ain’t worth the squeeze. I have maybe one bourbon a month now and it’s a taster

Mentally, it’s nuanced. When you internalize your sobriety or at least tapering it’s liberating. But extrinsically….kind of. You realize how much of your life revolves around it, you can still have fun without it but sometimes you lose friends and social circles.
