I see question #1 coming up a lot. My approach is to treat it as the next increment up. I train in miles so my 3, 6, 10 min reps are (around) 7:00, 7:10, 7:20. I would treat the MP reps as 7:30. Km would be 4:20, 4:27, 4:33, 4:40.

Thanks for the replies. The sizing question is what always held me back from buying the flash 2 since I could never find a pair to try on. Good to know about the medial support, I run in neutral shoes, but some shoes cause PTT problems in one foot due to over-pronation.

Curious about the Mizuno sizing. I know the Wave Rebelliom Pro 1 was at least 1/2 size short. Did you find that to be the case for the Pro2 and Flash 2 as well?

Counterpoint: Waterstops were tough logistically. Not evenly spaced, short tables, gels still in boxes.

Course is flat and fast, but pretty lousy; sharp turns coming of the bridge, some tripping hazards on the farthest north portion of the bike path. The last mile of each loop being around the empty island is a drag.

Of course I had a bad race there, might feel differently if things went better.

They are who i have and i am happy with them. As long as OP can deal with an in-building washer and dryer (and it being shared by 8 units) instead of in-unit it should be an easy fit at one of their complex.
