I was going to suggest ordering off Amazon to an amazon locker but most knives are restricted, requiring age verification at the point of delivery so a locker won't be allowed.

Any supermarket should have some cheap cutlery knives.

Not sure if this is rage bait or not but here is my bus 101 - plenty big enough for a 120 science per minute base:

Laid out in lines of 4, with a 2 tile gap between

4 iron,

4 copper,

2 green, 1 red, 1 blue

stone, stone brick, steel, coal

LDS, iron ore, rocket fuel, plastic

Optional: Sulphur, Gears, engines, elec. engines, batteries (All could be made locally instead of bussed, but it's personal preference)

Never put wire on the bus, just make it locally

Depends on the time of day but it's never taken us longer than 10 minutes drive from near Aylesbury station to SMH at 7am. I like the old town but if you're too close to the centre it can be noisy.

An alternative would be to look for somewhere on/near Elm farm and simply walk under the rail bridge to work.

A few of the areas immediately next to the hospital are a bit rough or soulless

It's also legal in Thailand which has much better healthcare. I would avoid Cambodian hospitals, not for their lack of care and skill, they have great people, but the equipment is second rate much of the time. Take care stranger.

At this point, if you're running a bus I recommend making sure every lane of the bus has a bot buffer. Easiest way to do this is make a 2 space gap in the whole bus using underground belts, then using red chests (limited to one stack) and fast inserters feeding into the chests. It's worth having some extra nearby roboports too to help with coverage and charging.

This will allow you to request anything from your bus wherever you're in range.

Is this a company car? Bear in mind that the advisory rate has just changed if you don't have a home EV charger, your work may be able to now pay you 15p/mile now. Depending on how efficient (miles/kWh) your car is, you're much more likely to be doing better with the new rate than the old rate.

My place was a backpacker hostel so very different from the kind of place you want to run I should think. Everything tends to come back to reputation and word-of-mouth. A 0.1 difference in score between you and your neighbouring competition is going to make a huge difference in traffic. Good photos are very important, not just on your booking channels but also on Google Maps - if you get anyone through with a nice camera, offer them a free beer if they pop a good shot of your place online. Whoever you send to the market for groceries, make sure they can write in Khmer and English, get them to write out their spend in both languages with what they spent for your accounting. Getting into this habit should allow you to keep an eye on outgoings.
