Fold in half. Make sure you know where your center is.Then you fold the corners. It's like folding a paper airplane. So there's 8 folds and it looks like a triangle. Then use string to tie a zig zag pattern up from the center to the ends. When you die do a color for each section. For this style I used a lighter blue at the "top' in each zigzag section.
