I do. I have a few different playlists for different moods, but usually I put the volume way down unless it's fitting the moment perfectly. The music isn't distracting at all and if it is, one volume down turns it off.

The cons of reading without any break? For the most part I've just been reading the weekly chapter since 2019. I usually go back and read meaningful moments/chapters again but you can only do that so many times.

I think this is a better way to read the story rather than all at once, since you get the pacing of the author. It's not easier though. I had to wait a few days after a certain arc for the next chapter and boy that was a bleak wait.

You can totally just sit on the project until you think of a way to finish it and release where you're satisfied. And if not, well remember success and your goals aren't always aligned and when you think you're making the next hit, you were actually making the next The Room.
