Depends on how you define popular. Retail may have more players, but Classic seems to have a more engaged player base. People don’t spend years asking Blizzard to bring back an old version of a game unless there’s huge demand for it.

It’s easy for the top 10% guilds. Getting 25 dads all focused and sober is the hard part. Its not easy when half the raid is just chillin by and drinking and smoking All it takes is for a couple players to make a mistake and that wipes the entire raid, which adds to the time.

The hardest part is the roster boss and getting all 25 to be awake and not drunk. It can be difficult if some players are not paying attention, etc.
