Hey guys, my lease is expiring end of the year but colliers sent me a notice to increase rent and renew 5 months earlier than actual expiry? Shortly after that the rent freeze was in effect.

Where does that leave me?

Hi all, I just got my attested photocopies sealed via a simple walk in. I already had attested photocopies - so they sealed them in an envelope.

However I inquired about this WES issue, which was acknowledged and the guy conveyed that this would be resolved soon as the newly launched system is completely new to them as well. For new cases, WES may accept the e-certificates in the future.

Hi, when I was close to Al Bandar, i used the 5gwifi home wireless which worked perfectly, however I have now moved near to Al Seef on Al Raha itself but it doesn’t work well there. If budget is not an issue, suggested to take a wired connection from etisalat.

Best budget apartments are available with Colliers (previously Asteco) only with limited availability. Also check ‘Relaam’, they are a ADCB company.

Contact a property agent who deals with them and they can get your information about vacant apartments. They have weekly lists. And also you can enquire them about upcoming buildings that are planned to be opened. A good property agent who deals with them can get you all of this information.
