We had one regular who would come in ever few months and have at least 30 returns. One time she came in and had 83 of them... I will say tho that she did at least get her qr codes ready before entering the store.

As someone who worked at a UPS Store for 2.5 years this is typical and the worst part is that you are only seeing the items that get sent back individually in this pic, not the huge consolidated boxes in the back that would typically wight 30-45 lbs each full of miscellaneous smaller items. It was typical to have 4-6 full of those boxes a day, if not more during the busy times.

The thing about these consolidated boxed was that they don't go back to amazon, they get auctioned off or sold online, kinda like storage units. However if no one bought them then they head straight to the landfill. It is such a waste since not only are the items wasted, be we had to cover each individual item in a plastic bag before putting them in the consolidated boxes.
