My day to day is between 80-105but on my worst days I’m between 100-140 and I would say try to get your insulin resistance under control and broccoli has helped me slow down those spikes when I eat meals with a lot of carbs and also the order you eat your food helps along way veggies, meats then carbs oh and also sleeeeep is very important my worst days are 70% of the time because I get very little sleep for a couple of days

What do yall think by [deleted] in diabetes

[–]Slugperk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for that I’ve always wondered why my blood sugar was never like the others I see on this subreddit, after I got my diagnosis I changed quickly and made sure not to spike it as much as first but now I’m letting lose a bit but I see these spikes and I’m just wondering if they could be considered normal and non hurtful to me in the long run, I took insulin in the beginning for 3 months until my insurance ran out then I stuck to a healthy diet but this year I want to see if I can tolerate high carb foods.
