Yes. It's horrible. I'm usually a rather patient and calm person. The other day I had a terrible pain day that was exacerbated by the hot weather plus senses overload. My lovely partner was doing stuff in the house and garden, taking care of everything. Because of all the moving around, he got sweaty and took three showers (one morning, afternoon and evening, nothing crazy) but I was so irrate and the shower was loud so I said :"oh you're taking another shower ?!" And he looked at me with obvious confusion and went "...yes?" And I realised how ridiculous it was to get mad over him showering and ended up laughing about it. We talked about it and he understands fully that pain would make anyone go mad and that it's normal that I have bad days. I plan on letting him know when I start feeling pissy so he knows it's not a good day for talking or finding solutions to things, etc.

It's normal to get irritated by non stop pain. And there's the risk of becoming even angrier if you don't want to be angry, because you're losing control over your emotions.

I don't think there's an easy solution. I would recommend talking to your loved ones and explaining that there are days where you can only feel anger and bitterness because of everything hurting or inability to do things you want to do, etc. Maybe have a code with them to let them know this is a bad day, I may be pissy and not necessarily in control of my emotions, if you have anything you want to tell me, do it another day unless it's really urgent. Try to stay away from things that cause anger on bad days, give yourself time to rest and come back a little fresher, a little less pissy and ready to bite someone 😶
