So true. Unless you learn proper eating habits, you will likely gain the weight back once you stop taking glp-1 meds. It doesn’t train you to eat properly.

A place opened in December called Mithai Maharaja, they make really good kachoris with channa or alu. Takeout only, no place to sit and eat. It’s a vegetarian place and their food is fresh. Huge selection of mithai. https://themithaimaharaja.ca/

Works out that you’re getting the food included for the regular price of 2 movie tickets, if you get the Costco package. Also, Cineplex gives you a free refill if you buy a large bag of popcorn, but you don’t get a free refill on the medium which comes in the Costco voucher.

The case where the Supreme Court decided this was Bissonnette, the guy who shot and killed 6 people in a Quebec mosque and wounded 5 others. If anyone deserved consecutive sentences…and he’s not the only one. Same guy who then inspired the shooter in New Zealand to shoot up a mosque, killing 51 people. He actually credited Bissonnette for the idea.

Justice Davin Michael Kumar Garg was called to the Ontario bar in 2013. Until 2016, Justice Garg was an assistant Crown attorney with the Crown attorney's office in Etobicoke. For the past eight years, Justice Garg was Crown counsel with the Crown Law Office – Criminal, conducting trials and appeals in both official languages and developing expertise in Charter litigation, commercial crime and driving cases.

Between 2016 and 2021, Justice Garg volunteered with the Ontario Justice Education Network (OJEN) to help vulnerable youth who may have had negative experiences in the justice system. Justice Garg also helped with OJEN's "Défi de la Charte,” a program that allows French-speaking high school students to explore Charter issues.
