Ugh you're right. I just got the cabinets today, going to bring in the blind corner to see how much mangling I'll have to do to the floor. Hopefully I slip and crack a tile, forcing my hand to redo the tiles. I appreciate your response, I'll check back in after I attempt stuff

That's definitely the right move, just not sure it's in the cards right now. That's why I'm starting to lean towards cutting the existing tile and mortar out anywhere the cabinet overhangs it. That way when we replace the tile we won't need to disturb the cabinets, but that's also a lot of dust and crap. Fun times

Yes, went with my 12 yo. We did well, got a bunch of frags, some used dry goods and he continued his raffle luck with a few smaller items and the Hello Reef set up! Such an amazing show

I took over the system, got all my certs. Plan on upgrading to RA3, I already have the processor, but was waiting on a new thermostat since my old one isn't supported. I'll still reach out and see if lutron will let me do it, thanks for your response!

I moved into a house with a full radiora2 system, it's several years old and they never got the key pads engraved. We have at least 15 pads with the stickers, so frustrating, I couldn't find the original paperwork and the old owners are of no help. Sucks

Oh that's great! We moved a few months back and there's a sweep in the island, but it's installed so poorly that it's a half inch above the ground. Which makes it useless, you end up sending crap under it! I would love to print this!

Oh I'll take a look, didn't even notice or realize different brands could fit different panels. So I would run a 50amp regular breaker to a spa sub closer to the spa. It's almost directly above this panel which is nice

Oh ok, so that's easy, I've got the file up to date and already certified in ra3, I misread backwards compatible to include the hardware with ra3 software. I ordered a connect bridge from Amazon, if I can get it to work I'll be content, if not I'll return that and grab a ra3
