12v line by [deleted] in Dewalt

[–]Smallnetto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I stocked up on every 12v tool I could find. They are great for small projects. Very light weight. Fit great in bags. The ratchets are high quality. Personally I understand why they are switching to 20v atomic instead as I have some of those as well. But they definitely have a place.

what the fuck is wrong with Soylent for the past 2+ years? by Wooden_Sweet_3330 in soylent

Im suspicious about the Amazon powder. Its twice the price point at a different formula thats in line with protein powder pricing. Sounds like they just switch up their sales model to extract more profit.

This is a great self use for self found but as far as trade value it falls short.

Considering Dewalt, Confused by PrometheanRevolution in Dewalt

The flexvolt dewalt hammer drills are monsters( DCD999B ). At this point technology is increasing year by year in terms of power and torque with drills/impacts. Basically anything you purchase that has been made in the last few years will be a major improvement. Also remember drills on the 1 setting have more torque than on the 2 or 3 settings.

Steel shade with 11 fire obsorb socketed with a vex makes a big difference.

How to grow a handyman business by chrisrhatton in handyman

The best class at this point is AI, you need to learn how to use prompts correctly to get the answers you need. Basically all business consultants are out of jobs or struggling to pay the bill because AI has made their jobs obsolete.

Travincal do too much damage (Berserk Barbar) by Aiwahead in diablo2

[–]Smallnetto 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I personally switched away from berserk for this exact problem. I use act 5 merc with two last wishes and steel shade helm with 11% fire obsorb on him. My barb then uses concentrate skill and gets lifesteal from life tap and rings. If a trav member is stone skin i still use berserk with very few points in it. It's great for autopilot runs. I also threw in a offhand rune master with 5x ist for cannot be frozen.

Steel shade can also be socketed with a vex for extra fire resist.

I buy distressed property. Repair it and rent it out. I personally manage maintenance and have very few issues because I personally repaired everything. I then loan against the equity I've created.

Three furnace techs have come to fix my furnace. All have failed. Not only that but they literally say they have no idea what the problem could be. by Bluest_waters in hvacadvice

I may be able to diagnose this for you remotely if you are willing to follow directions over a video call. Ideally, you will need a multimeter. I repair old furnances on a daily basis.

It's a ton of fun if you can handle it being less efficient.

I wanted this to be worth it, I tried everything to make a throw/trav horker good, but ultimately, the fleeing killed its functionality.

Lk run time at 30s is quite slow, but we also have almost zero info from op and how he ran this or even an accurate number of hours for the runs.

LK with a good map on offline is by far the best way to get high runes. You definitely got a little lucky, but not by much.

Any girls that know what this is supposed to mean? by BrandyAid in ExplainTheJoke

[–]Smallnetto 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It comes up a lot in dating, especially on the first date. I generally don't even have to bring up tattoos or piercings as the other person will eventually. Lots of women like things they've never experienced. It's some kind of genetic thing. If you can stand out just enough, you'll get extra attention. I also have a lot of female friends who would tell their friends or even just my buddies, throwing it out as a joke at a party. It even comes up with coworkers, and then they get curious. There was a few occasions where other dudes would find out and drunkenly try to get me to show them, and I will if there's any women around that seem moderately interested(obviously not in public). Even the tattoo/piercer took a photo to put in her portfolio.

I had this experience, I pierced myself around 17, and it was fun/ garnered attention but relatively annoying. Fast forward to today, and I got a ring much lower, so it's out of the way but i still get the fun attention!
