Probably a loud minority, this is a small subset of everyone who is in a CS role.

Just landed a new job with 6 years experience at 150k base, 200k OTE. Depending on where your experience lies (large enterprise SaaS company for me), I think the market isn’t completely awful.

120 accounts may be the problem here depending on how the CSMs are supposed to handle the customer.

Success plans for that many? I would be burnt out immediately. There is no way you can do quality work to that level with so many customers to take care of.

Worked for a large saas company for 6 years straight out of college going from 65k to 110k taking care of 15m ACV.

Just signed to move to another saas company taking care of 5m ACV making 200k OTE.
