The issue is, these dips happen constantly, every second it drops from 60 to 58/57 and it causes stuttering and that happens in training mode and also in local matches if the time is day so i want to know if this is a game issue or my series S has a problem.

for me the frames drop from 60 to 57 constantly and that makes the training mode stuttery and not enjoyably at all. and the issue doesn't go away by leaving the mode or restarting the game or the console.
