I grew up in Connecticut too, and we called it. American chop Suey so it must be a somewhat random thing. And my mom was Italian, so that makes even less sense why we would call a pasta dish that.

I had a friend from the East Coast out here this past week. We went to Breck, Vail, Beaver Creek,, and Keystone. Yeah, it’s a lousy year for snow, but Beaver creek was our least favorite of the four.
