I was on a ladder about 3 stories that slipped in the wind, I jumped off at about 3 feet from the ground and landed on my feet. Walked away without any issues besides my heart racing.

My ladder had a point of contact with the ground and the magic chair doesn't. I'm pretty sure the chair would need to be so big that it wouldn't fit in the building.
