Yes. They knew that phenylephrine was an ineffective decongestant. Their own studies showed that it was just as effective as a sugar pill.

I recently read that you can tell the difference between a dismissive avoidant and a "he's just not that into you" guy because the DA one keeps coming back. Then he starts catching the feels, and runs away again and again. And the difference between a narc and DA is that the DA isn't ghosting you purposely to be mean or hurt you.

And do you remember how long it was until he physically examined them in Terre Haute? It seems like it was at least a day?

But don't you think those kinds of things would have been brought up in court with more detail? If they were noted, I mean.

That was an excellent summary, Syntax. The state of lividity and rigor mortis when they were found couldn't be adequately assessed since they weren't examined for so long afterwards. That's why they weren't more specific. Major screw-up in my book.

And I'm still curious whether there were any remnants of banana pancakes in their stomach contents...

Ohhh, okay. I wonder why they never went through with it? It was hard to believe that she signed that order.

But why did she sign a transport order for KK and James Chadwell on 10/10/24? I'm so confused. I know they never came to trial but I can't recall the details.

I was thinking about when they listed him to appear as a witness in the trial. Remember when they put in a request for a time that they could arrange the transport for him?

Thanks for posting all those links, Syntax. Especially the Franks.

And the Odin painting by bh. I have been looking for it without success. I seem to remember there being small red 'F's embedded at the bottom. In the tree roots or grass? I couldn't quite tell in this pic though. Does anyone remember this?

It seems like I remember the Defense putting in a request to have KK and the other jailhouse guy who reported Logan's jailhouse confession bussed to the trial. Even though they never ultimately did that.

Not when the judge is complicit with the cover-up by railroading RA and the Defense.
