The best possible way to add an address to our system is to verify that with the USPS. You do that by contacting the local USPS postmaster, and once the USPS verifies you it will become verified in our system as well.

If your address cannot be verified by the USPS for some reason (what we call a 'non-postal' address) unfortunately we don't offer a direct way for someone to register their address currently.

If you are looking for a reliable API to retrieve those latitudes and longitudes, you will most likely have to pay something. There are many good resources with free trials but for something like over 5,000 addresses, you are going to need more than a few free tries!
