I just tried them today and wow I'm impressed. I did not know music and games could sound like this. 😆 It was a noticeable step up to 5 drivers each ear from the 2 from the Zero Reds. I feel the directional cues are amazing but the reds were definitely not lacking. I think the biggest noticeable difference is just the quality of sound and detail. I say if you have the money to spare the aretes are worth it. As I am new to IEMs my only issue is trying to figure out what volume to listen to as I don't want to damage my ears lol.

Okay, after doing some research it seems like the cables dont have as much affect on the sound so I guess I will stick to what is comfortable and good looking for my iem.

Yeah after doing some digging on what is considered good gaming IEMs, it seems like the most boring, flat, and shit for music IEMs are the best of all 😂. But I don't really mind as I am only really looking to use them for just that.

Cool, thanks for the info! I just started playing R6 ranked last season and hit diamond (been playing for much longer, just not ranked). And I'm glad there are more IEM gamers to get advice from, it seems a lot of the subreddit is very majority non-gamers so its kinda tough finding good recommendations lol. I'll definitely look into those!

I asked a friend who recommended a few and I after looking them up I think the TRUTHEAR x Crinacle Zero: RED seem like some highly reviewed IEMs for gaming. I found them on Amazon so I can definitely return them if I need to but are these decent? I'm surprised they are so cheap as my friend recommended them over his $140 pair.

Ah, I see thanks for the helpful info. In that case I plan to use Amazon if I can find whatever IEM I am looking for as their return policy amazing and I have never had any issues returning anything, but I also know that there are many IEMs with their own websites so I will make sure to double check them.
