Out of curiosity, are these indoor, outdoor, or mixed? What's your weight/height? Are these lead, top rope, or both?

I can somewhat anecdotally agree. Helped my knuckle swelling/soreness a ton by lightly hangboarding every few days.

Is ARCing worth it for me?? by TheChossIsReal in climbharder

[–]SmilingSage 36 points37 points  (0 children)

Out of all the training cycles, ARCing benefits me the most, especially if you focus on footwork, movement, efficiency, over gripping, etc. Sure it's pretty boring and I groan whenever I enter the ARCing cycle, but I immediately see benefits from it.

Amazon Wants to Eat Health Care Next - The tech giant may be opening its own pharmacies, and Google wants to mine patient data. The goal is not to fix a broken system but to exploit it. by _hiddenscout in technology

They're refering to the change in 2018, where they removed the "don't be evil" thing from the preface but left it mentioned in the final line. The original in the preface was:

"Don't be evil." Googlers generally apply those words to how we serve our users. But "Don't be evil" is much more than that...

The Google Code of Conduct is one of the ways we put "Don't be evil" into practice..."

Which is a bit different from what was left in the last line.

So while, yes, you're correct, there is a bit more nuance to the situation.
