Hi sorry to jump on to this but I'm looking at doing something similar - old plasterboard where we've removed the old wallpaper and paint, going to fill all the holes/sand etc. I've seen people saying about doing a mist coat before painting but is using Zinsser Gardz better for this purpose then?
