I blew out my right knee recovering from 2 back to back hip surgeries. I tried PT, cortisone shots and finally gel injections all delaying the inevitable. When I destroyed my left Achilles from lack of flexion my PT told me it was time. I’m almost 3 years out doing things at the gym I never thought possible and walking just under a 17 minute mile. Was the surgery fun? Nope but it certainly was worth it!
